If you subscribed through the gateway (jessiesgirlsapp.com):
Please visit https://jessiesgirlsapp.com/and select “Login” in the top right corner. Please confirm your valid subscription and/or credit card information to ensure that your subscription and credit card are valid. If all is valid, please try deleting and reinstalling your app entirely, and see if that works.
If not, please email email@example.com and let us know what email address is associated with your account, as well as the device type
that you are using, and we will pass this along to our development team!
If you subscribed in-app:
Please follow the steps below to confirm that your subscription is active (depending on whether you are using an iOS or Android device). Please also confirm the email address that you signed up for your subscription with (note: this could be different than your Apple ID or Google Play email) If you find that you do not have a valid subscription, you can easily purchase one there.
If you signed up for the app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, please follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Under Subscriptions, Tap Manage
-Click on the Jessie’s Girls App
If you signed up for the app on your Android device, please follow the steps below:
- Launch the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions.
- Tap on the Jessie’s Girls App
If you do indeed have a valid subscription, please try deleting your app entirely, and reinstalling it. If you are still having the same issues, please send us a screenshot of this valid subscription, as well as
the email address associated with your account, and the device type you are using to firstname.lastname@example.org
