How can I modify or change my subscription type?

If you subscribed in-app:


When you’re logged into the app, please go to your Main Menu (accessible through the icon in the top right-hand corner), then “My Profile” and select “Manage my Subscription”. You can also change your subscription by going to your Google Play or iTunes Subscriptions, and updating it there.

 
Please note: all changes are effective immediately, so you will be charged right away (regardless of whether you still have time on a current subscription), so please ensure if you are adjusting or changing
a current subscription (i.e. from monthly to quarterly, or annual to monthly), you do it at the end of your billing period (which you can find by going to your subscription in iTunes or Google Play)

When you’re logged into the app, please go to your Main Menu (accessible through the icon in the top  right-hand corner), then “My Profile” and select “Manage my Subscription”. This should open your web browser in your phone, and ask you to login to your app account where you can change your
subscription.
You can also go directly to https://jessiesgirlsapp.com/on any desktop or device, and login to your account and update your settings there.
